For ‘Soda Buddi’ there is caption Great Story. ‘Soda Buddi’ is nick name for those who wear thick spectacles. In this film the hero of the film wears such a spectacle for 15 minutes. U B Uday is investing on the film and protagonist Utpal is his son.

In three schedules talkie portions were completed by director Jyothi Rao Mohith. Utpal, Sushmita, Anusha, Rangayana Raghu, Achyuth Kumar are in the cast. Harish Nayak is cameraman, Mithun is music composer, Girish is editor, Ramdev handled stunts.

Debutant director Jyothi Rao Mohith has bagged the NACT short film contest award in 2012 for his 20 minutes short film ‘Cinema’.
